I am delighted to
report that Lyreco honoured Pentel by awarding the company "Group
Supplier of the Year". In his summary of why Lyreco awarded Pentel the honour, EB stated that "Lyreco appreciated the full involvement of senior people in the pan-European structure in the detail issues in each country, the constructive, relevant approach for products which is deeply argued and limited to pertinent SKU's, the clear marketing vision and expertise demonstrated ? in a fair spirit ? the efficient launch and support of innovative product (Energel), specific focus on the quality of logistic support which is highly reactive and interfaces well with Lyreco and finally, the high level of efficiency demonstrated with Lyreco forms management with correct submissions made on time, in full". |
